2 People Die In Birmingham House Fire
A fire at a home at 1132 Northwood Drive in Birmingham left a husband and wife dead.
BIRMINGHAM, AL — A husband and wife in Birmingham died Friday night in a house fire. The fire occurred at 1132 Northwood Drive, according to a WBRC report.
Firefighters found John Fletcher Grubbs, 88, and his wife Eunice Johnson Grubbs, 88, inside the home when they arrived on the scene. Both were taken to a nearby hospital where they were pronounced dead.
