Alabama Church Folks Take Infant Child Out For Night Of Sin At Wild Beaver Saloon: Cops
Witnesses told cops that Shari Tremba, 42, was drinking, smoking and breastfeeding her small baby at the Indiana bar — all at the same time.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN — A middle-aged Alabama couple in town for a work conference took their infant child out for a long, debaucherous night of sin last Thursday at Wild Beaver Saloon on East Maryland Street, the self-proclaimed "best dam karaoke bar" in Indianapolis, according to local police and prosecutors.
Shari Tremba, 42, and Michael Trosclair, 45, both of Mobile, AL, were arrested at the bar early Friday morning and charged with felony "neglect of a dependent" and public intoxication, court records show. Their baby girl is reportedly doing fine after the family's big night out, but has been taken into custody by the state's Department of Child Services.

According to various social-media profiles, the little girl's father works in finance now (specifically, at the Primerica branch in Mobile). It wasn't long ago, though, that he served as senior pastor at a Turning Point church in the next-door town of Theodore, if we are to believe his LinkedIn profile, which has since been removed.
But that was then.

Sworn testimony from an Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department detective who responded to Wild Beaver Saloon last Friday morning, obtained by Patch, reads like the script for an after-the-honeymoon threequel to "The Hangover," if it were set in middle America and starred two over-the-hill C listers.
Tremba, the mom, was seen drinking and smoking while breastfeeding her baby, witnesses told police — "all at the same time."
And when she was kicked out for being too drunk, witnesses said, she started offering to have sex with men who were entering the bar in exchange for beer.
Det. Nicolle Flynn said she was called to the saloon just after 12:30 a.m. Friday by concerned citizens who saw a woman drunkenly breastfeeding her child. She said she found Tremba standing outside the bar in a roped-off area, holding a cup of beer and standing near her baby, who was asleep in a stroller.
"I asked Ms. Tremba who the child belonged to and she stated it belonged to her and then took a drink of her beer and sat it down," the detective remembered.
And she "never denied breastfeeding the child," Det. Flynn said.
When breathalyzed, Tremba allegedly blew a .193.
While the detective was calling children's services, Trosclair, the husband, allegedly stumbled/swayed out of the saloon with "an intoxicated walk" and told cops in an angry voice that he was about to call an Uber for his family, which would take them back to their hotel.
When police informed him that actually, they would be taking his baby to a hospital so she could be examined, "Mr. Trosclair became belligerent and started demanding to talk to a lawyer and telling us we weren't going to do anything,'' Det. Flynn remembered. "It was at this time, due to Mr. Trosclair's behavior, I put him in cuffs for fear he may fight us with the baby right there."
The detective added: "Partying was more important than their child."
Wild Beaver Saloon is described in its Google listing as a "rowdy bar with a mountain lodge theme, scantily clad waitresses and weekly karaoke."
