Developer Acquires Property At Former Trinity Hospital Campus
Tynes Development recently purchased property at what will become the Arbor Terrace development.
BIRMINGHAM, AL — The mixed-use development at the former Trinity Hospital campus on Montclair Road has another buyer. Tynes Development recently purchased property at what will become the Arbor Terrace development, according to a Birmingham Business Journal report.
Tynes acquired property March 8, and the company plans to develop the site for a new apartment community called The Station at Crestline Heights. The firm is also under contract to purchase the 9.5-acre hospital site for a second multifamily development, according to the BBJ.
