Former Bruno's Property Bought By California Firm
A California firm has purchased part of the former Bruno's distribution center building.
BIRMINGHAM, AL — A California firm has purchased part of the former Bruno's distribution center building off Lakeshore Parkway. A Birmingham Business Journal report said Provender Partners affiliate HP-A Birmingham LLC acquired the cooler and freezer section of the facility for $20.2 million.
Buffalo Rock bought a chunk of the former Bruno’s distribution center along with an office building off Lakeshore in 2020.
