According to a plea agreement, Brasher accessed the Darknet through the use of the Tor application to view and obtain child pornography. A forensic examination of the digital devices located at Brasher’s residence revealed more than 58,000 images of child pornography, including images of children under the age of 12 years old, and child erotica, the agreement said.
This conviction will require Brasher to register as a sex offender in accordance with the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act.
