Local Chef To Launch New Food Truck

A longtime Birmingham chef will launch her new food truck business in July.

BIRMINGHAM, AL — A local Birmingham chef is launching a new food truck business in the area. A Birmingham Business Journal report says Raquel Ervin will debut the Eat at Panoptic Food Truck July 3 in Avondale.

The food truck will be at Smokey’s Pit Stop in Irondale on Tuesdays through Fridays starting July 6 for lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m, according to the BBJ report.
