Local Restaurants to Participate in Taste of Mountain Brook
Taste of Mountain Brook will highlight local eateries and benefit a community nonprofit.

MOUNTAIN BROOK, AL — Mountain Brook is putting area restaurants on display as it promotes dining local with Taste of Mountain Brook on Sunday, Sept. 17. Sponsored by Village Living, the event allows residents to sample some of the city's best eateries all in one spot.
Participating restaurants include The Local Taco, Yogurt Mountain, Bongiorno Italian Restaurant, Davenport's Pizza Palace, Vino, Taziki's, Continental Bakery, Chez Lulu, La Paz, Urban Cookhouse, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Black Sheep Kitchen, Grand Bohemian Hotel, Newk's, Piggly Wiggly, Taco Mama, Church Street Coffee, Dyron's Lowcountry, Miss Dots, and Stone Hollow. The list of participants is still being updated, and the event is still accepting vendor applications.
General admission tickets are $20 apiece, though family packages are also available. Proceeds benefit All In Mountain Brook, a community-based nonprofit for the city's youth. The event will be located in Crestline Village along Hoyt Lane and on the lawn in front of the Emmet O'Neal Library from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
