Man Dies After Attack At Birmingham Gas Station
A 68-year-old man died after an assault Tuesday morning at a gas station in Birmingham.
BIRMINGHAM, AL — An assualt at a Birmingham gas station Tuesday resulted in the death of a 68-year-old man. Carlester Lee Blue died at UAB Hospital shortly after the assualt, according to a WBRC report.
The assault occurred Tuesday morning at the Cherry Avenue Citgo on Forestdale Boulevard.
Blue reportedly sustained blunt force injuries, but the Jefferson County Coroner's Office will complete an autopsy Wednesday to determine the exact cause of death.
