Mountain Brook HS Fields Closed For Construction

MOUNTAIN BROOK, AL — The baseball and softball fields at Mountain Brook High School will be closed temporarily as they receive some long-awaited improvements ahead of the fall season. Five of the fields at the Athletic Complex will undergo construction as part of an overarching plan to improve athletics facilities in the city as they continue to see increased use.

Brad Hart, executive director of Mountain Brook Athletics, said that fields 3 through 7, as well as the adjacent batting cages, are projected to be closed to the public until the end of August for preliminary construction, and will be closed again to complete renovations after the fall athletic seasons have finished.
