New Tenants Slated For Denham Building In Birmingham's Parkside
The Denham Building in Birmingham's Parkside district has some new tenants coming soon.

BIRMINGHAM, AL — The Denham Building in Birmingham's Parkside district has some new tenants on the way. Denham’s newest commercial tenant includes iHeartMedia, a multimedia company with locations across the country and East Pole Coffee Co., an Atlanta-based roastery and coffee bar expanding to the Magic City.
iHeartMedia’s 11 local stations will operate from Denham starting this fall. In line with the company restructuring operations across the country, they will occupy a 5,000 square-foot space next to TechStars.
East Pole has become one of Atlanta’s most popular coffee roasters since launching in 2015 and opening its coffee bar in 2017. The company has twice been named Food & Wine’s best coffee roaster in the state of Georgia, thanks to an emphasis on sourcing unique single-origin coffees and roasting them with meticulous precision.

The group joins a growing group of Birmingham specialty coffee shops, while also making a foray into wine and beer programming, which will seek to express the same standard for quality that it has imprinted on its coffee service.
“The urban dweller shift to a ‘live, work, play’ mentality has led to Parkside’s thriving creative scene. The Denham Building is built in a way that recruits people to live in the district, as well as work and spend their free time here,” said Jamie Justice, Director, Colliers International. “Employees want convenience and community, to be able to leave work and easily walk across the street for a meal and a beer. Denham offers that connected lifestyle for companies who want to offer their employees more and attract, grow and retain top talent.”
