Railroad Park to Host Trucks by the Tracks
The event, sponsored by American Family Care, will feature the best of Birmingham's food trucks and live music.

BIRMINGHAM, AL — As Birmingham's food truck industry has grown, so has Trucks by the Tracks, a local food festival highlighting the city's more mobile fare. The event, sponsored by American Family Care, will return to Railroad Park on Sept. 17 as it raises money for the continued development of one of downtown's landmarks.
“We are proud to work with Railroad Park Foundation on this event that seems to draw the
community together like one huge block party,” said Bill Koleszar, chief marketing officer of
American Family Care. “Families come out here and everyone has a good time sampling the
food truck fare and playing lawn games. It’s an apt illustration of the new life that has come to
Birmingham since the park opened almost seven years ago.”
Confirmed trucks include Big Spoon Creamery, Saw's Street Kitchen, Cantina on Wheels, Eugene's Hot Chicken, Tot Spot, Heavenly Donuts, and over two dozen others.
