Aldridge Gardens Spring Plant Sale: What To Know
The spring plant sale at Aldridge Gardens is back, with hundreds of plants available for sale.
HOOVER, AL — The first week of spring is upon us, and those who want to spruce up their spring gardens can do so at Hoover's Aldridge Gardens at its annual spring plant sale. The event was canceled last year due to the coronavirus pandemic, but officials at the botanical garden have scheduled this year's sale for April 29-May 1.
Plants available range from herbs and small flowers to trees and shrubs, and Aldridge Gardens volunteers and gardeners will be on hand to help with selections and to give advice about placement, care and maintenance.
The plant sale hours are as follows:

- Thursday, April 29 - 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Friday, April 30 - 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Saturday, May 1 - 8:30 a.m. to Noon
