Andy Burcham Named New Voice Of The Auburn Tigers
Andy Burcham will take over play-by-play duties for Auburn sports broadcasts after the death of Rod Bramblett.

AUBURN, AL — Auburn University announced this week that Andy Burcham will be the new voice of the Auburn Tigers this fall when football season kicks off. Burcham has been a part of Auburn radio broadcasts for the past 31 years.
Burcham replaces Rod Bramblett, who died May 26 - along with his wife, Paula - in a vehicle wreck in Auburn. Burcham worked alongside Bramblett for the previous 25 years broadcasting Auburn baseball and served as the play-by-play voice for Auburn women’s basketball since 1988. He has also been the pre and postgame locker room host for Tiger football since 1990 and was the play-by-play announcer on Auburn football pay-per-view and tape-delay broadcasts from 1992 to 2013.
Burcham will be the lead announcer for Auburn football, men’s basketball, baseball and all other Auburn Sports Properties, according to a report by WSFA.
