Bucs Ranked In Top 5 In Preseason Football Poll

HOOVER, AL — With uncertainty surrounding high school football this season amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the coming season will look significantly different. One aspect that is similar to every season in 7A history is that Hoover High School is ranked in the top 5 in the Alabama Sports Writers preseason football poll.

The Bucs come into the 2020 season ranked 4th, behind Thompson, Central-Phenix City and Hewitt-Trussville. Hoover finished last season with a 10-3 record.
