Chicken Restaurant Chain Coming To Birmingham Metro

BIRMINGHAM, AL — Although restaurants in the area right now are facing uncertainty over when they can open fully to customers, some good news in the Birmingham restaurant industry came in the form of an announcement this week that Arkansas-based Slim Chickens will open multiple restaurants in the Birmingham area. A report from the Birmingham Business Journal said the first area franchise will open in the fall.

The franchisees do not have a secured location yet for Birmingham, the BBJ said.
