EBSCO Eyes Shelby County Property For Multi-Family Development
EBSCO is looking at vacant property near Tattersall Park for a possible multi-family development.
HOOVER, AL — EBSCO is looking to at building a multifamily development off Highway 280. A Birmingham Business Journal report said an Alabama Department of Environmental Management permit application shows EBSCO Income Properties filed an application for approval to potentially develop an apartment community near Tattersall Park.
The development would be at the corner of Cahaba Valley Road and Brook Highland Parkway across from the new Tattersall Park development, the BBJ report said. While a multifamily development at the site has come up for discussion in the past, EBSCO said it does not currently have any permits for construction.
