First Phase Of Subdivision Approved For Bluff Park
The first phase for a new subdivision on the former Smith dairy farm property in Bluff Park has received approval.
HOOVER, AL — The Hoover Planning and Zoning Commission gave clearance this week for preliminary plans on 23 houses on the former Smith dairy farm property in Bluff Park. The current phase involves 12.5 acres at 2429 Savoy Street, according to a Birmingham Business Journal report.
The 33-acre Smith farm sold at auction Oct. 30 for $3,118,500 to a developer and another resident who is preserving some of the property.
