Free Friday Flicks Kicks Off In Hoover

HOOVER, AL — Hoover's summer movie series is back, as Free Friday Flicks begins Friday night at Veterans Park. This year, the movies will be shown every Friday in June.

The Schedule for Free Friday Flicks is as follows:

• June 4 — “101 Dalmations” (1961 version)
• June 11 — “Trolls World Tour”
• June 18 — “Tom & Jerry: The Movie”
• June 25 — “The Croods: A New Age”

Each movie is scheduled to start at dusk, and people are encouraged to arrive early to get seated. Outside food is welcomed, but food trucks are usually present to provide refreshments.
