Grandview Medical Center Begins Construction On New Offices
Construction began this weekend on a new 200,000-square foot medical office building at Grandview Medical Center.
BIRMINGHAM, AL — Ground was broken over the weekend on a new medical office building at Grandview Medical Center. A Birmingham Business Journal report said the 200,000-square-foot Grandview Physicians Plaza II will be owned and developed by Daniel Corp. along with Seavest Healthcare Properties.
Daniel Corp. plans to open the building in the spring of 2022, according to the BBJ report.
