High School Basketball Final Four: Check The Scores On Patch

BIRMINGHAM, AL — Alabama high school boys and girls basketball championship match-ups are starting to take shape as the last of the semifinal games are played in Birmingham Tuesday.

Hoover's girls team stamped their ticket to the finals Tuesday with a 55-36 win over Auburn, as thr Bucs held Auburn scoreless in the second half until less than a minute left in the game. Hoover plays Hewitt-Trussville Wednesday at 2 p.m.

Spain Park's boys team fell short in their semifinal game against Enterprise 57-56 after two overtimes. Spain Park was 19-of-41 from the field, 6-of-14 from 3-point range and 12-of-15 from the free throw line.
