Home2 Suites Hotel Project Near Galleria Has New Developer

HOOVER, AL — The new Home2 Suites hotel near the Riverchase Galleria has a new developer. Sanjay Patel, president of Baron Hospitality, and Virendra Patel of Gulf Shores have taken over the project, according to a Birmingham Business Journal report.

The Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel is planned for a site between the Home Depot and Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute on Galleria Circle. The partners paid Chiman Patel’s OM Galleria Hospitality LLC $2 million for the property.
