Hoover Apartment Community Sells For $100 Million
One of the largest apartment communities in Alabama just sold for more than $100 million.
HOOVER, AL — An investor has purchased a Hoover apartment community — one of the largest in the state— in a deal totaling more than $100 million. Westside Capital Group out of Miami recently purchased The Park at Hoover apartments, according to a Birmingham Business Journal report.
Westside Capital Group referred to Alabama Alabama as "a strategic market for its growth plans," according to the BBJ report.
The apartment complex, located at 2135 Centennial Drive, includes 950 units.
