Hoover And Spain Park Boys, Girls Make Top 5 In Final Hoops Polls

HOOVER, AL — As high school basketball teams throughout the state gear up for their area tournaments starting next week, the Alabama Sports Writers Association released its final polls of the season.

Hoover and Spain Park made the top 5 in both the boys and girls polls, with Hoover topping the girls poll.

Area tournaments begin Monday.
