Medical Center In Hoover Offering Coronavirus Testing

Testing for the coronavirus is by appointment only and taking place at Ross Bridge Medical Center and Ross Bridge Pediatrics in Hoover.

HOOVER, AL—Ross Bridge Medical Center and Ross Bridge Pediatrics are both now offering drive-thru COVID-19 tests to the public.

The tests, however, are by appointment only, according to medical staff.

To schedule an appointment, patients may call 205-92-COVID.

Patients may also visit www.rossbridgemedicalcenter.com to schedule an appointment.

Anyone getting tested will not be allowed to enter the office at either locations.

Assurance Scientific Laboratories is also offering COVID-19 testing at 3660 Grandview Parkway in Birmingham. Urgent Care for Children is offering testing for the virus as well.

According to Ross Bridge Medical Center, guidelines for COVID-19 testing say that if you feel sick, have symptoms of fever, cough, runny nose, shortness of breath or body aches, have traveled within or outside the U.S. to an area with ongoing spread of coronavirus or have come in contact with anyone with symptoms of coronavirus then you should get tested.

Ross Bridge Medical Center and Ross Bridge Pediatrics are both located 3635 Market Street in Hoover.
