Nashville Investors Purchase Hoover Apartment Complex
Wildwood Apartments in Hoover recently sold to a Nashville-based investment group.
HOOVER, AL — A Hoover apartment complex has been sold to some Nashville investors. Cherokee Equity and REI Capital in Nashville acquired Wildwood Apartments for $9.3 million, according to a Birmingham Business Journal report.
The deal closed Feb. 10. Whit Wilson of Cherokee Equity told the BBJ the partners acquired the apartment community in a 1031 exchange after selling property in Atlanta, and plans to invest in improvements to the property.
