New Brewery Plans To Open In Hoover
The Hoover City Council will consider plans for Brock's Gap Brewing Co. to open at Stadium Trace Parkway.
HOOVER, AL — The Birmingham metro's thriving craft beer scene may get another addition in Hoover, if the Hoover City Council approves Brock's Gap Brewing Co.'s proposal Nov. 16. A Hoover Sun report said the new brewery and taproom plans to open at 5478 Stadium Trace Parkway.
Brock’s Gap Brewing Co. is owned by Michael Blumenthal and several other investors, according to the report. The Hoover Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday night voted to recommend the City Council allow the development.
