Restaurant Specializing In Asian Cuisine Opens In Hoover

HOOVER, AL – If you’re a big fan of Asian cuisine, you’ll be happy to learn that there is a new restaurant in town that is eager to cater to your taste buds.

On Wednesday, Pho Pho Asian Cuisine celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon cutting at its newest location in the Hoover Village Shopping Center, which is located at 1580 Montgomery Hwy.

Hoover Mayor Frank Brocato and members of the Hoover Area Chamber of Commerce were on hand for the celebration.

For the last five years, Pho Pho Asian Cuisine has served the Birmingham area well. Now, it’s looking to do the same in Hoover.

While Pho is a traditional Vietnamese dish, the restaurant also serves cuisine from Korea, Japan and Thailand.

The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily and closed on Sundays.
