Retail Property In Hoover Bought By Georgia Company
A Georgia-based company has purchased retail property near the Galleria.
HOOVER, AL — Some retail property near the Riverchase Galleria has been sold to a Georgia company. A Birmingham Business Journal report said Maltese Family Holdings LLLP acquired 3260 Galleria Circle for $3.3 million on April 12.
The purchasing entity is registered to Peter Maltese in John’s Creek, Georgia, according to the BBJ report. First American Exchange Co. served as a qualified intermediary for Maltese Family Holdings LLLP.
