Sewer Repairs To Cause Lane Closure On Highway 280

HOOVER, AL — A sewer repair project Wednesday, Jan. 27 will cause a lane closure on Highway 290 near Inverness Center Drive in Hoover.

The work will begin at 6 a.m., according to the City of Hoover, and will require the closure of the eastbound right lane of US-280.

The city did nor specify the duration of the project but added that "the eastbound, right lane will remain closed until repairs are completed."
