Signature Homes has received a needed approval in the process to build a massive subdivision in Hoover.
HOOVER, AL — A new mixed-use subdivision slated for Hoover took a significant step forward this week. Signature Homes has received approval in the process to build a massive subdivision near Ross Bridge, according to a Birmingham Business Journal report.
The Hoover Planning & Zoning board recommended the Hoover City Council approve rezoning of 833 acres for the 2,344-home community named Everlee, located between Ross Bridge and Lake Cyrus.
