HOOVER, AL - Swamp Monster BBQ in Hoover has shut down its brick-and-mortar location at 1843 Montgomery Hwy, to focus on its food truck and catering business. January 5 was the restaurant's last day open in its Hoover location.
The restaurant posted the news on social media last week.
