Thanksgiving Trash Pickup Schedule
Trash pickup halted Thanksgiving Day, but will resume Friday, Nov. 24.
HOOVER, AL — Santek (Waste Services of Alabama), Hoover’s garbage contractor, will halt trash pickup for the Thanksgiving holiday tomorrow. This will only be a one-day delay in the schedule. Trash pickup will resume on Friday, Nov. 24 to make up for Thursday, and Friday’s normal pickup will take place Saturday, Nov. 25.
