Wasabi Juan's To Open Inverness Location
Popular Avondale and Hoover eatery Wasabi Juan's will open at a new location in the Inverness area.
HOOVER, AL - Wasabi Juan's, a popular sushi/burrito fusion restaurant that started in Birmingham's Avondale community, will open its third area restaurant, this time in Inverness. The restaurant opened in Hoover last year, and reports indicate it will continue expansion within the Birmingham metro.
The new location will be located at 5037 U.S. 280 West in Inverness. It will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, and from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
The restaurant launched in Avondale in 2014, and opened a second location in Hoover, at River Oaks Village, in 2017. Wasabi Juan's has consistently ranked among Birmingham's most popular restaurants in a variety of lists.

Wasabi Juan's serves sushi ingredients prepared as burritos, tacos, nachos and more, along with chips and salsa and traditional sushi sides like edamame and kimchi. The menu includes both raw and cooked seafood choices.
