Work On Riverchase Parkway East To Cause Delays
Beginning March 11, road work on Riverchase Parkway East will cause delays and detours for the next four weeks.
HOOVER, AL — Beginning Thursday, March 11, motorists will see delays and detours on Riverchase Parkway East, as road work from U.S. 31 to Valleydale Road will last up to four weeks.
"Crews will be working on one lane at a time and vehicular traffic will be diverted around the active work area," Hoover police said in a statement Wednesday. "Please plan accordingly and always use caution around work zones."
The resurfacing project is dependent on weather, so the timeline for completion of the project is not specific.
