Huntsville welcomes TPG to the Rocket City. TPG offers customer experience solutions to Fortune 1000 clients and was the first dedicated professional services firm to offer independent quality assurance services to measure contact center customer experience. Today, the TPG Customer Experience Platform® continues to improve customer interactions and drive ROI opportunities for their partners around the globe. This move is a relocation of their HQ from Omaha, Nebraska and will create over 200 new jobs in the Huntsville market.
