1. 2021-01-CA: 401 Government Street/Spanish Plaza
a. Applicant: Brad Christensen on behalf of the City of Mobile
b. Project: Replace existing natural gas lighting fixtures and posts with LED
lighting and new lamp posts; install new entrance sign and statue bollard
lighting; install new pole-mounted bullet lighting; and install color-
changing LED fountain lighting

2. 2021-06-CA:62 Semmes Avenue
a. Applicant:Kathleen Huffman on behalf of Brad Simmons and JoAnna Wilson
b. Project: Construct an approximate 660 s.f. addition to the rear of the house

3. 2021-07-CA: 908 Augusta Street
a. Applicant:Elizabeth Anderson
b. Project: Remove rear side gallery porch to construct a 591 s.f. addition and 208 s.f. rear porch

4. 2021-08-CA: 508-518 Dauphin Street
a. Applicant: Matt LeMond on behalf of Jacob Peavy
b. Project: Façade renovations including , installation of new storefronts, repair of existing stucco, the installation of new awnings, the closing of two openings on the west elevation and one on the north elevation, and the creation of a doorway on the north elevation.
