Three lots in Cherokee Bend totaling about 18 acres will go up for auction Jan. 20.
MOUNTAIN BROOK, AL — Undeveloped lots in Mountain Brook are growing scarce, but some land in Cherokee Bend will go up for auction later this month — three lots totaling 18 acres — with no minimum bid.
The lots, located on Rock Brook Lane, will go up for auction Jan. 20 at 1 p.m. at Pinetree Country Club.
The 18 acres had been previously listed for $699,000.

The auction is being handled by GT Auctions, who will hold walk through tours of the property Jan. 14, 19 and 20, beginning at 11 a.m.
