Townhomes Planned For Montevallo Road
The homes are projected to be priced in the low $400,000s and will be 2,000 square feet and up.
BIRMINGHAM, AL — Birmingham's Planning and Zoning Committee approved a rezoning order for the Legacy at Montevallo by KADCO Homes. A Birmingham Business Journal report said the project will include 23 townhomes.
The development is located at 4424, 4428, 4432 and 4446 Montevallo Road. The homes are projected to be priced in the low $400,000s and will be 2,000 square feet and up.
The project will now go before the Birmingham City Council.
