Bulls Begin Playoff Action This Weekend
The Birmingham Bulls start the SPHL playoffs against Fayetteville, with home games Saturday and Sunday.
PELHAM, AL - The Birmingham Bulls have come a long way in a very short time, as the team made the playoffs this season in only its second year. With a 39-15-2 record, the Bulls finished second in the Southern Professional Hockey League and will begin their playoff run this weekend.
The Bulls play the Fayetteville Marksmen in the quarterfinals, with the first game Friday in Fayetteville. The second game will be played Saturday in Pelham at 7 p.m., with a third game scheduled in Pelham for Sunday if necessary.
The Bulls are 4-0 against Fayetteville this season, and look to advance to the SPHL semifinals with a series victory this weekend.
