BUILDING DEPARTMENT NOTICE. PLEASE READ. 

The City of Pelham Building Department will be in training March 1st - 5th. All voicemails received on Thursday (March 4th) and Friday (March 5th) will be returned on Monday March 8th. The inspection and office schedule for this week will be as follows; 

Monday, March 1st 

• Only 4 Residential Inspection spots for the morning, No afternoon Residential inspections 
• Office opened, 7:30AM – 4:00PM 

Tuesday, March 2nd  

• Only 4 Residential Inspection spots for the morning, No afternoon Residential inspections 
• Office opened, 7:30AM – 4:00PM 

Wednesday, March 3rd 

• No Commercial Inspections 
• Office opened from 7:30AM – 8:50AM, 12:30PM – 4:00PM 
• Office closed from 9:00AM – 11:00AM 

Thursday, March 4th  

• Office Closed – Kelsey & Angie in class. 
• No Commercial Inspections 
• Residential/Commercial Inspections needed for the next day should ONLY be emailed to Kelsey Cunningham, kcunningham@pelhamalabama.gov or permits@pelhamalabama.gov . Once Kelsey receives your email to set up inspection she will send email confirmation back to you. If you do not get email confirmation, then your inspection will not be performed.  
• Drop off – If you need to drop off any permit submittal, please drop off in the drop box located at the front doors of the Water Works Building, 3111 Cummings St. 
• You will not be able to pick up any permits this day. 

 Friday, March 5th -  

• Office Closed – Kelsey & Angie in class
