Heroin Arrest Made In Indian Springs Village
The Shelby County Drug Enforcement Task Force arrested an Indian Springs man on multiple drug charges.

SHELBY COUNTY, AL - A 33-year-old Indian Springs man was arrested last week and charged with multiple drug offenses, including possession of heroin. Paul Vincent Pacifico was arrested after a search of his home by the Shelby County Drug Enforcement Task Force.
Shelby County Drug Enforcement Task Force investigators, along with the D.E.A. and the US Postal Inspectors executed a search warrant June 12 in the area of Bishop Lane and Cahaba Valley Road in Indian Springs Village.
Pacifico was arrested and charged with illegal trafficking of heroin, unlawful distribution of a controlled substance, two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana 1st degree and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Pacifico remains in the Shelby County Jail on a $278,000.00 bond.

"This arrest is the result of countless investigative hours from our team, and a mission-critical partnership with our federal agencies such as the D.E.A. and US Postal Inspectors.” Captain Clay Hammac said. "We expect additional arrests to follow."
Found in the search were Fentanyl, powder heroin, black tar heroin, methamphetamine, cocaine, Xanax, morphine, Soma, various prescription barbiturates and benzodiazepines, marijuana oils, dabs, shatter and marijuana.
