Man Arrested After Stabbing At Pelham Hotel
A man in is custody after a stabbing early Wednesday morning at a Pelham extended-stay hotel.
PELHAM, AL - A suspect is currently in custody after what police are calling a domestic dispute in a Pelham hotel. The incident resulted in a women being stabbed early Wednesday morning.
Michael Alan Ryan was arrested after police responded to WoodSpring Suites, an extended-stay hotel in the 100 block of Bishop Circle, just after 4 a.m. after dispatchers received a 911 call for help. Once on the scene, they found a woman had been stabbed and had life-threatening injuries.

A report by Alabama Media Group said Ryan, 31, was taken into custody by Pelham police. He is being held without bond in the Shelby County Jail.
