Oak Mountain To Host Outdoor Alabama Experience Workshop
The Outdoor Alabama Experience workshops teach families ways to enjoy a variety of outdoor activities in Alabama.

PELHAM, AL - The warm spring weather is upon us in Alabama, and that means families across the state are enjoying more outdoor activities. The Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources wants to make sure families know how to enjoy all that the outdoors in Alabama has to offer by hosting the Outdoor Alabama Experience at Oak Mountain State Park April 12-14.
The Outdoor Alabama Experience is a weekend workshop that features hands-on learning about camping, hiking, biking, wildlife watching, shooting sports, fishing, hunting, kayaking, and other activities.
Families will be able to choose the classes that are most interesting to them, and will leave with the confidence and information needed to continue enjoying those activities in Alabama's great outdoors.
