Pelham PD Announces Two Officer Promotions

PELHAM, AL - The Pelham Police Department promoted two of its officers this week. The department announced that Jason Vandiver and Donnie Peterson have been given new ranks in the PPD effective immediately.

Jason Vandiver has achieved the rank of Sergeant. Jason is a 12 year veteran of the department. He served as an Evidence Technician and most recently as a detective in the Criminal Investigations Division.

Donnie Petersen is now a PelhamPD Detective. Donnie is a 4 year veteran of the department. Previously, he was a patrol officer on night shift and worked to keep Pelham safe in the overnight hours.
