SHELBY COUNTY, AL - The Shelby County Sheriff's Office unveiled its new website this week, which features new ways for citizens to stay involved in what is happening in the county. The site's web address will remain the same, but includes a new interface and several new features.

Citizens will still have access to the same content and resources as before. However, there are some new features to the site that will allow the SCSO to provide citizens with more information. For example, users can now sign up to receive news updates via email or text, and the SCSO is now able to add a photograph and links within these news updates so that it can provide additional information to its current news releases.

The new website design is also ADA compliant allowing for a more operable and navigable experience with improved usability.
