TUSCALOOSA, AL — Access to the coronavirus vaccine will expand to those 12 years old and up in Alabama this week, with DCH Health System in Tuscaloosa offering appointments.

DCH says beginning Monday, vaccine appointments will be available Wednesdays and Fridays, 7 a.m. - 5:50 p.m at DCH’s vaccination building in the parking lot just west of DCH Regional Medical Center.

The hospital system also said a parent or guardian must accompany, and sign a consent form for, any individual between the ages of 12 and 17 who wishes to receive the vaccine at the drive-through vaccination site.
