OZARK, AL — Facing elimination from the Alabama Community College Conference baseball tournament on Wednesday, the Shelton State Buccaneers (36-14, 23-9 ACCC) trounced the Wallace-Dothan Govs 13-3 and will face them again tomorrow in a final championship game.

Due to inclement weather in the area, the final game will be played at noon on Thursday instead of later in the day on Wednesday. The winner will move on to Grand Junction, Colorado for the 2021 NJCAA Baseball World Series beginning May 29 at Sam Suplizio Field.

The ACCC championship final will be the third time the Bucs and Govs have met in this year's conference tournament, with Wallace-Dothan taking the first game 12-0 on Sunday.
