TUSCALOOSA, AL. — Meet Hope, our Patch Pet of the Week!

Hope is described as a "staff favorite" at the Tuscaloosa Metro Animal Shelter, where she has been since June with her kittens. All of her kittens have now found their homes, so now it's Hope's turn to get out into the world and find a forever home.

If you would like to sponsor our Patch Pet of the Week, email Community Publisher Ryan Phillips at ryan.phillips@patch.com. We will also donate a portion of your sponsorship fee to the shelter to help them continue their work finding homes for local pets.

"This Bama-loving sweetheart is a very laid back cat and she will be content just hanging out and snoozing," the shelter said. "If you’re looking for a snuggle buddy, she’s your girl."

Hope’s adoption fee is $50, which includes vaccines, her microchip, and a free vet visit.
