TUSCALOOSA, AL — The Tuscaloosa County Park and Recreation Authority (PARA), the University of Alabama and the Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center partnered for Tuscaloosa's annual Memorial Day celebration on Monday, which featured numerous speakers in Tuscaloosa's Veterans Memorial Park.
