Smoothie King Celebrates Opening of New Store in Tuscaloosa

Smoothie King, the world’s leading smoothie brand committed to inspiring guests to live healthy, active lifestyles, opened its new Tuscaloosa location on July 9. The new store, located at 6513 Hwy 69 S, is owned and operated by siblings Blair and Braden Fowler.

The Fowler brothers are two young entrepreneurs set to open their third Smoothie King in Tuscaloosa. As longtime Smoothie King customers and advocates of a healthy lifestyle, they purchased two existing Smoothie King stores in the area in 2019 to expand their entrepreneurial horizons. Blair, 29 and Braden, 28, have been business partners for the last five years, working in both real estate and operating their Smoothie King locations.

The grand opening celebration is on July 31 from 7AM to 9PM. Customers will receive a free 20oz smoothie by downloading the Smoothie King app. In addition, the first 50 customers will receive a Smoothie King Swag Bag filled with coupons, Smoothie King apparel, and other prizes.

Hours of operation for the new Smoothie King location in Tuscaloosa will be Monday – Friday from 7 a.m. – 9 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
